An authentic and passionate aesthetic brand builder, equipped with layers of experience in art selection, interior design, lighting, social media and construction for the hospitality industry. With an exuberance and attention to the smallest details for a cutting edge and honest brand experience. Carole began her career in 1995 as the creative director for one of the largest and multifaceted brands, House of Blues. Creatively co-branding with Harley Davidson, Loews, Paul Mitchell, Microsoft and Universal to expand the brand offerings beyond the music venues opening on the road experiential opportunities, hotels and convention experiences. A cum laude graduate from SMU, with additional schooling from Oxford University, England, Decordova Museum School and Rome University, later as a speaker for the Hospitality and Design Conferences in Miami. Headed design team for HOB retail and new venue ideations and creative meetings, planned FFE, budgets and schedules. Acted as liaison and team leader with consulting architects and designers to evaluate new venue locations, creating budgets and action plans for each new site. Directed the branded aesthetic for over 10 monster live music and restaurant venues the smallest, 28,000sq. Ft. and the largest 65,000 sq. ft, purchased, commissioned and curated an 8000 piece collection of cutting-edge vernacular art and artifacts with a value of over 11 million dollars from New Orleans, Orlando to Vegas and Los Angeles.
